With over two decades of hands-on experience in estate agency within Grimsby and Cleethorpes, **** leads the day-to-day operations of The Property Partnership.

His career in housing began on the ground floor and rose steadily until now when he is running his own agency.

Known for his deep local knowledge and exceptional client service, **** personally oversees every property listing — a level of involvement that sets The Property Partnership apart.

Widely respected in the Grimsby and Cleethorpes property scene, **** is trusted by a loyal network of buyers, sellers and landlords who value his dedication, integrity and no-nonsense approach.

Simon brings a wealth of business experience to The Property Partnership, with a career spanning recruitment, finance and property investment.

A self-made entrepreneur and a proud son of Grimsby, Simon started his working life at 15. Since then, he has built multiple successful businesses from the ground up.

He’s a registered member of the National Residential Landlords Association (NRLA), with a strong focus on compliance, tenant care and long-term client support.

With his family deeply rooted in Grimsby, Simon is passionate about doing right by the town he calls home — and believes in building partnerships that go far beyond the sale.
